No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.

Why We Have This Policy

  • Health & Safety: For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on consumable products that have been opened or used.
  • Product Integrity: Once a product is opened, we cannot guarantee its integrity or that it hasn't been tampered with.
  • Quality Assurance: This policy ensures that all products meet our strict quality standards and maintains the highest level of product safety.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the defective or damaged item
  • Full refund for the affected product
  • Store credit for future purchases

Important: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you notice any defects or damage. We may require photos or additional information to process your claim.

Unopened Products

If you receive a product that is unopened and in its original packaging, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your options. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Please note that return shipping costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
